hi everyone am supposed to be at work today but i ended up ringing in sick
being honest my guts are playing up. suffered with it for several years there was a bad
incident about 5 years ago i wont go into it to much it was just a bad situation and ended up in hospital for a few days .so since then a sometimes get cramp like symptom as well as heartburn. i do eat quite well to reduce it all.

watched the football last night liverpool needed to win and not conceded any as away goals count as two we lost 1-0 last week and won 2-1 last night 2-2 after extra time
lost on the away goal rule grrrrrrrr.
we do still have a chance of 4th place a slim one at that basically we need to beat Chelsea who are top by 2 points followed by man united so if we beat Chelsea man united go top with one game left `clear as mud i know ` we then need man city and spurs to draw on Wednesday anything other and were buggered .

anyway am going to leave this bit till last.
Yesterday it would have been my dads 69th birthday its times like this when you try to stay busy would have loved to be working today but i need to think of myself for once . Carl knows what i get like around this time he did know dad used to have a pint with us when we were younger and also he picked out something for me to post.

I had herd this a few times it one of them things that just makes you think when you listen to the song.

when i found it before i just stooped and to say it brought allot of feelings would be putting it lightly taken me about an hour to write this last bit .thanks for reading DRU.

night owl

The past couple of days i have been on nights and its does`nt half mess your body clock
cant get used to going to bed when am usually getting up. There is a bonus tho i noticed that after doing a night my hormones are on overdrive come morning lol had 3 nights so now off for a few days even made Carl late for work this morning :).

Was my nephews birthday on Thursday so we went bowling i know very sensible for a 17 year old but didnt stop him from getting plastered with his mates also and his little brother 13 and a real pain in the arse. I got my nephew an applications card for his new I phone his mum got him and also bought him new England football shirt.

The new furniture we picked out last week arrived on Saturday was really looking forward to it even if it was self assembly am happy to put things together as long as it not to complicated if it is am asking Emma to ask her husband to drop in but we managed .
