Been a bit busy at work had mountains of paperwork someone's not pulling there weight
and its up to me and jill my boss to sort it out . i get on with Jill sort of on the same wave length for a woman anyway .
was telling me about one of the managers been caught having sex with one of his staff in the office and has now probably got an S.T.D put me right of my lunch he`s not
the cutest thing about 40 and a tub of lard .
been asked to do some epilepsy workshops as usual instructor is on maternity leave
i did the same things in my last job and it was al right give me a chance to work with other staff from different homes .
jills also on holiday soon for a fortnight witch means i have to run everything being the senior there am crapping myself i hate having to tell people what to do also while she`s away we have an inspection and i know the woman doing it to say we dont see eye to eye is putting it lightly.i may be phoning in sick that day :}.
You are busy Dru - good that you get on with Jill - makes work so much easier.

As for having to tell people what to do just treat it in a way where you think of how you would prefer to be treated and treat those people the same - you can't go wrong.
As for phoning in sick when the inspection is due - well that's one you have to call yourself - you will certainly earn respect if you face up to it, but if you think it is to much a sick day is an option.

ReplyDeleteI dont know how i missed it but i did :S seems like you do have a lot of work to do an dim guessing you still do. its well good that you get on with your boss would make things awful if you didnt wouldnt it? still i bet you can take controle of the sitch :) and good luck with the inspection comes round whatever you decide to do :)
