jack says hello

Had the training group today i think i did alright there was about 10 staff altogether
from various homes . today was report writing and explaining the legal aspect of it
bit to much for me to explain hear but basically its about keeping things simple and easy to understand as well as the consequence's if you dont and theirs an accident.
I have seen other people do this training leaving new staff almost in tears and shitting themselves.its easer to have a friendly approach throw in a few stories that
will put them at ease in the end you get the same results as the aggressive approach.
clear as mud i know.
my nephew tim has invited me to his 18 th birthday bash in a few weeks not sure if i can take an evening with a load of mad teenagers lol but i sed i would go as my sister his mum is going to this should be fun .

carls not about for a few days working away with his dad looking at some property to buy then rent out as flats youd be amassed how much his dads company makes even with the recession going on . so just me and jack my cat around i do miss carl when he`s away well sometimes :).
